Why is Family Health History Important?

»Tragically, my oldest daughter, Sofia, passed away at 11 years old due to a brain aneurysm. We had no clue that aneurysms could be genetic. After she passed away, we discovered a family history of aneurysm and after further evaluation and testing, my husband was also found to be affected. In her passing, my daughter saved my husband's life. We wonder every day if we had known this information and had her tested if things would be different.
